Terms and Conditions for Rival Esthetics
Welcome to Rival Esthetics! By booking any services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services and Payments
- Services Offered: Rival Esthetics offers a variety of beauty and esthetic services, including but not limited to skincare treatments, lash extensions, brow services, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, cash, or other forms of payment as available. All prices are subject to change.
2. Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
- Non-Refundable: Once paid, your deposit is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or rescheduling.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, the full cost of the service will be charged.
4. Refund Policy
- All services rendered at Rival Esthetics are non-refundable. We strive for customer satisfaction and encourage clients to discuss any concerns or issues with their treatment at the time of service so that we can address them promptly.
- If you are dissatisfied with a service, please reach out within 48 hours, and we will do our best to find a solution.
5. Use of Client Photos for Social Media
- Consent to Photograph/Record: By booking an appointment with Rival Esthetics, you grant permission for us to take photographs or videos of you and the services performed.
- Use of Photos: We may use these photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and our website. These images may be used to showcase our services and promote our business.
- If you do not wish for your image to be used, please inform us at the time of your appointment.
6. Health and Safety
- You agree to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before receiving any treatment. Rival Esthetics is not responsible for any reactions, side effects, or injuries resulting from the services provided.
- It is your responsibility to follow aftercare instructions provided to ensure optimal results.
7. Liability
- Rival Esthetics is not liable for any personal injury, allergic reaction, or other adverse effects related to services performed.
- By booking an appointment, you release Rival Esthetics from any liability related to the services rendered.
8. Right to Refuse Service
- Rival Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or medical concerns that may pose a risk during treatment.
9. Amendments to Terms
- Rival Esthetics reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Thank you for choosing Rival Esthetics!
- Must be at-least 18 years old to schedule (valid proof of ID).
- Please arrive to appointment with no makeup on. (no mascara or eyebrow makeup)
- No extra guests/pets allowed.
- By reserving your appointment with a card on file, you adhere that in the case of a cancellation or no show, an artist can charge you 50% of booked service.
- If client is late more than 15 minutes, and if service is able to be performed, client will be charged an extra $15 for a late fee.
- Please plan accordingly/allocate time for travel.
- Appointments can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email.
- If you cancel under 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% remaining balance of the full service.
- If you no call / no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Rates of pricing may be subject to change without notice. Pricing of your rescheduled service will apply to the new date it is set for.
- No refunds for any services that have been carried out.
- If artist cancels, you will not be charged a fee.
- If you are not satisfied with your lash look, you will have 2 days after the last service to contact your artist and they will fix, add, or remove any lashes to achieve the look you want. This will usually be a 15-30 min lash fill.
